There was plenty to celebrate at Stonebridge at Montgomery as team members from across the community gathered to honor a very special group: the Housekeeping Department, Springpoint’s 2026 Dream Team Award recipients.

With beautiful weather, delicious food, a lively DJ, and plenty of appreciation from colleagues, the celebration was a fitting tribute to a team whose dedication and service make a difference every day. Springpoint President & CEO Anthony A. Argondizza and Executive Director Mary Cannon shared heartfelt remarks during the ceremony, recognizing the Housekeeping team for their unwavering commitment to Springpoint’s mission, vision, and values.

Recognizing Springpoint’s 2026 Dream Team

The Housekeeping team was selected for their exceptional service, teamwork, and commitment to excellence. Under the leadership of Director of Housekeeping James Roman, the team consistently sets high standards and delivers outstanding results.

Their dedication has played an important role in Stonebridge at Montgomery achieving a deficiency-free 2026 New Jersey Department of Health survey—an accomplishment that reflects the team’s commitment to quality and excellence.

But the team’s impact extends far beyond their core responsibilities. Housekeeping team members regularly step in wherever they are needed, including helping ensure resident and employee events run smoothly. Their willingness to support one another and their colleagues reflects James’ belief that “we are one team and one family.”

That spirit of teamwork is at the heart of what makes this group so deserving of the Dream Team Award.

Making Residents Feel at Home

While housekeeping may not always be the most visible role within a community, its impact on residents’ daily lives is significant. The Housekeeping team cares for residents’ homes and belongings—places filled with the things they treasure and the memories they have made throughout their lives.

Their work helps create clean, comfortable spaces where residents feel respected, cared for, and truly at home. As Mr. Argondizza shared in his message to the team, their commitment helps ensure that Springpoint communities meet the highest standards of quality and care.

Presented annually, the Dream Team Award honors departments across Springpoint that exemplify the organization’s mission, vision, and values through exceptional service, teamwork, and dedication. Last year, the Dream Team Award was presented to The Moorings at Lewes, a Springpoint Life Plan Community located in Lewes, DE.

Congratulations to Stonebridge at Montgomery and their remarkable Housekeeping Department for truly embodying Springpoint’s core values: Respect, Commitment, Compassion, Service, and Excellence.
