U.S. News & World Report Recognizes Stonebridge at Montgomery as a Best Nursing Home for Short-Term Rehabilitation
December 6, 2022Stonebridge at Montgomery has been recognized as a Best Nursing Home for short-term rehabilitation for 2022-2023 by U.S. News & World Report. This Springpoint Life Plan Community offers a continuum of care that includes independent living, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation.
U.S. News evaluated more than 15,000 nursing homes on care, safety, infection rates, staffing, and health inspections for 2022-2023. Only 16% of skilled nursing facilities nationwide earned the “Best Nursing Home” designation.
There are currently 353 nursing homes throughout the state of New Jersey, and Stonebridge at Montgomery is among a distinguished group to receive such a high overall rating. Stonebridge’s High-Performance rating in short-term rehabilitation is based on U.S. News’ assessment of ten quality measures focused on staffing, medical outcomes, resident complaints, and processes of care. U.S. News used scientific literature review, discussions with industry experts, and statistical modeling to select these measures.
This independent survey of Stonebridge’s healthcare program reaffirms the work excellence of the community’s clinical staff and rehabilitation team.
