However, all residents pay a one-time entrance fee and an ongoing monthly service fee. The entrance fee secures your apartment home or cottage and provides priority access to our health care services. The monthly service fee is based on the size of your home and whether there is one or two occupants. It covers most of your living expenses in one payment, making your expenses more predictable.
