1. What is a continuing care retirement community?
A continuing care retirement community (CCRC), or Life Plan Community, offers various levels of senior housing options and care services designed to meet residents’ specific needs. Stonebridge at Montgomery is a nonprofit, full-service premier CCRC, providing a campus setting for active and vibrant seniors 62 and greater. Located near Princeton, NJ, Stonebridge at Montgomery offers comfortable and spacious apartments and cottage homes, as well as a health center should you or your spouse’s health needs change in the future. 2. Where is Stonebridge located?
Stonebridge at Montgomery is located on Montgomery Road, just off Route 206 in Skillman, approximately 3/4 mile north of the intersection of Route 518 and Route 206. Back to top ^
3. When I move to Stonebridge, do I own my independent living residence?
Like all continuing care retirement communities, you enter into a service agreement at Stonebridge. This agreement gives you use of your home on the Stonebridge campus, as well as access to our array of services, amenities and programs. 4. I am still very active. Are there activities at Stonebridge?
Not only can you continue to enjoy your current interests, you will have a myriad of new cultural, educational and recreational opportunities to explore. Swim laps in our indoor pool, stroll through our beautiful community grounds or join a discussion group with your friends. 5. Does Stonebridge offer dining choices?
Yes, in fact we offer one of the most flexible dining choices you'll find! Whether you choose casual dining in our café or the more traditional dining in our beautiful dining room, you will enjoy delicious, healthy food prepared by a professional chef. We also offer very popular brunches and buffets throughout the week. We also offer private dining options if you and your family wish to celebrate a special occasion-reserve the private dining room and select your menu with the help of our chef or have him cater the event in your home. 6. Do you allow wine with dinner?

7. Can guests stay in my home at Stonebridge?

8. May I bring my pet with me?

9. What does “movement through the continuum of care” mean?
If your health needs change, additional services are available right on campus. You can access personal care services in your home or move to the on-site health center. No need to move from the Stonebridge campus to access assistance, whether it is temporary or permanent. 10. What happens if I run out of money—how do I pay for the cost of senior living at Stonebridge?
We have a financial qualifying process that is conservative in nature and is based on your age at entry, your assets and your income. If, through no fault of your own, you cannot make your full monthly payment, the Springpoint Senior Living Foundation offers a Resident Financial Assistance program to provide financial assistance on your behalf.
