Dear Springpoint Family,
This holiday season, I would like to share a message of gratitude. I am extremely proud of our employees, and greatly appreciate the outstanding service they provide to our residents each and every day. Our front-line employees have demonstrated their dedication to those we serve and have proven to be Springpoint’s heroes.
Through the support of Springpoint and the Springpoint Foundation, our Springpoint Heroes Fund recognizes and supports our employees for their service excellence and provides a Thank You Incentive to our front-line employees, who continue to work and care for those we serve.
In the spirit of giving, all front-line workers recently received recognition incentives for their work commitment and included full-time employees, part-time employees and per-diem employees.
The response to our Springpoint Heroes Fund has been overwhelming; we continue to receive requests from residents and family members who wish to support the fund. In fact, this year the Springpoint Heroes Fund distributed approximately $500,000 in Thank You Incentives to our deserving front-line employees.
