The Independent Seal of CCRC Quality

What does it mean when an independent expert evaluates your organization by more than 1,000 different criteria — from your financial stability to the quality of your health care services? What does it mean when you meet or exceed the toughest standards?

For a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), it means everything, because you have earned accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, CARF, the non-profit authority that officially certifies a CCRC for quality, across the board.

That designation has to be earned, over and over again. It confirms what residents and employees tell us in satisfaction ratings, year after year: they treasure the way of life they’ve found at our communities.

It reaffirms what federal and state surveys tell us about our health centers: they consistently rank among the best in New Jersey.

Look for the CARF seal. It’s one more reason you can choose a Springpoint community with confidence. Seven of our retirement communities are CARF accredited and our newest community, The Moorings at Lewes, is in the process of gaining CARF accreditation.
