Move Ahead makes moving easier. At Stonebridge at Montgomery, our Move Ahead program offers a variety of services to help you simplify the moving process.

Our Move-in Coordinator works with you to make the process as smooth as possible. We will provide recommendations for movers, downsizers, auctioneers, home stagers and more. We also oversee the preparation of your new home in our community, so you know you’re moving into a living space that’s ready for you.

Downsizing doesn’t have to be a painful process. Our Certified Downsizers can provide assistance in sorting your items and decluttering your belongings, an estate sale, packing and more. The Downsizers will also be onsite the day of your move and design a floor plan for your new home.

We will work with your realtor to evaluate your home and recommend ways to stage it for better sales appeal, including recommendations for trusted contractors if small repairs or upgrades are needed.

We will even help pay for your move — we’ll cover up to $2,500 of approved moving expenses. We also offer entrance fee funding options that allow you to wait for the right buyer to purchase your home or to liquidate your assets, so you’re able to move when you’re ready.
